I. There is a problem in society today. That problem is:
The penny, which is a nuisance to society due to the fact that they are everywhere but there is nothing much you can do with a penny besides make American tax payers lose 50 million every year. The treasury should eliminate the penny from the U.S currency in order to save 50 million a year as well as save the U.S Mint time from hassling with the penny.
The penny is worthless, a waste of time, and a waste of money. You can't buy anything with the penny and people just throw them away which is why you will see almost everywhere you go a penny on the floor which shows how much society cares about it. The U.S Mint makes an average of 20.27 million pennies a day which takes time and fuel. If we get rid of the penny the the Mint doesn't have to hassle with sending all those pennies to banks and merchants. And like i said, its 50 million dollers gone to waste each year from you taxpayers.
